Terms and risks

topoff.fun ("Topoff") is a tool. Using it means you accept what follows. Not available where prohibited by law.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy anything. Memecoins can lose all their value in minutes. A coin the Tank tops off migrates to PumpSwap; that holds no price up and protects nobody from losses.

Creators are responsible for their coins

Every coin is created by its creator's wallet. The creator chooses its name, image, description and pour. Topoff doesn't vet coins or creators.

The Tank

The Tank is a Squads multisig run by the team's signers. Fees poured into it can't be sent back to creators. The signers commit to spending it only on fills of coins whose vote passed under the published rules, and the site only builds such fills, but no program forces them to execute a fill. A passed vote can lapse if nobody executes it within 48 hours. The Tank can't cover every coin: one fill may use up to half of it.

Votes

Votes are wallet signatures counted by the site's server under the published rules, from balances read on-chain. A count can be wrong if an RPC provider returns wrong data. Every ballot is published so it can be checked.

What is enforced, and by whom

The fee split is set and locked by pump.fun. The pour can't change after launch (pump.fun fixes the metadata address; IPFS content can't change). Spending from the Tank needs the multisig's threshold of signatures (Squads). A fill buys and burns in one transaction, all or nothing (Solana). Everything else is tracked by Topoff, and the signers' execution is their word. The full table is in How it works.

The $TOPOFF token

If a project token exists, it gives no right of any kind over Topoff, the Tank, its code or its decisions. It is a memecoin launched with this tool, and its creator fees pour into the Tank like any other coin's.

Fees

Topoff charges nothing. pump.fun, PumpSwap, Squads and the Solana network charge their own fees, shown before you sign. Your wallet signs every transaction; Topoff never holds your keys.

Services this site relies on

  • pump.fun and PumpSwap programs and pump.fun's official SDK, to create, buy and split fees.
  • Squads v4, for the Tank's multisig.
  • Pinata, to pin images and metadata on IPFS.
  • A Solana RPC provider, to read the chain and send transactions.
  • Jupiter and CoinGecko, for the SOL price in dollars.
  • Upstash Redis, to store coins, votes and fill proposals.

Any of them can fail or change. Topoff isn't affiliated with any of them.

Removal

Topoff can hide a coin from its pages (illegal content, impersonation, scams). That changes nothing on-chain: the coin keeps existing on pump.fun and its fee split stays as set.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. Bugs, outages, wrong figures from third parties and network failures can happen. Check transactions on an explorer before relying on them.
